Questions We Get Asked
Yes. We offer project pricing for multiple reformers and larger business orders.
For business customers, the wooden frame and structural components are covered by a 10-year warranty. Springs, the footbar and wheels are covered for 2 years. Upholstery, ropes, straps and other wear parts are covered for 1 year.

If a component covered by the warranty develops a manufacturing defect during the applicable warranty period, simply contact us and we'll arrange the most appropriate solution, whether that's replacement parts, a repair or, where necessary, a replacement reformer.
Each reformer arrives 80% pre-assembled and can be set up in around 20 minutes.
No professional installation is required. If you're ordering multiple reformers, we'll work with you to coordinate delivery.
Delivery times depend on the quantity ordered and will be confirmed with your commercial quote.

Open, the reformer measures 230cm by 69cm.
Folded, it stands at 117cm by 69cm. We recommend at least 50cm of clearance on either side for full range of motion during use.
