Worldwide. From Europe to destinations beyond, including the UK, Switzerland and Norway.

Shipping is on us

Standard shipping is included in the price of your reformer. No extra shipping fees at checkout.

Unless stated otherwise at checkout, customs duties, import taxes and customs handling fees are covered by MOKO Reformer.

When will it arrive?

MOKO Original — Foldable Reformer

Worldwide: approximately 45–55 days from dispatch.

Express shipping may be available outside Europe for a flat fee of €490.

MOKO Slide — Telescopic Reformer

Worldwide: approximately 45–55 days from dispatch.

We'll notify you when your order is dispatched. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs, carrier schedules, weather, public holidays or transport disruptions. Your statutory rights remain unaffected if delivery is delayed.

Before delivery

Our reformers are big, heavy and not exactly letterbox-sized.

Make sure your delivery address, phone number and email are correct. The carrier may contact you to arrange delivery, so keep an eye on your messages.

If you're unavailable for an agreed delivery or your details are incorrect, additional storage or redelivery costs may apply where legally permitted.

When it arrives

Give your reformer and its packaging a quick check.

If anything looks damaged, photograph the packaging and product, note the damage on the delivery documents where possible, and email info@mokoreformer.com with your order number.

We recommend reporting visible damage within 48 hours to help us investigate with the carrier. This does not limit your statutory rights.
