1. Shipping Coverage MOKO Reformer currently ships to European countries only. If your country is not available at checkout, please contact us at info@mokoreformer.com and we will do our best to find a solution.
For European countries outside the European Union (such as Switzerland, Norway, or the United Kingdom), all customs duties, import taxes, and handling fees are fully covered by MOKO Reformer. There are no hidden costs for you at delivery.
2. Shipping Costs Standard shipping is included in the price of your product. There are no additional shipping fees at checkout for standard delivery.
An express delivery option is available for a surcharge of €490, selectable at checkout.
3. Dispatch Location All MOKO Reformer products are dispatched from the Netherlands.
4. Delivery Timeframes As all products are made to order, please refer to your order confirmation for your estimated production and dispatch date.
Once dispatched, delivery within Europe typically takes up to 40 days. This is an estimate and not a contractual guarantee. Delays may occur due to carrier schedules, customs processing, or other factors outside our control.
You will receive a notification once your order has been dispatched.
5. Delivery Appointment Our carrier will contact you directly by phone or email before delivery to schedule a convenient delivery date and time window. Please ensure your contact details are correct at the time of ordering.
If you are unreachable or fail to respond to the carrier's scheduling attempts, the delivery may be delayed and additional storage or re-delivery fees charged by the carrier may be passed on to you.
6. Delivery Conditions Please read the following carefully before placing your order:
- Delivery is to ground floor only. Our carrier is not able to carry the product up stairs or to upper floors.
- The customer is responsible for ensuring that the delivery address has suitable access for a large delivery truck (width of entrance, parking availability, road access).
- The customer is responsible for ensuring that doorways, corridors, and the intended room can accommodate the product dimensions. Please check product dimensions carefully before ordering.
- The reformer is delivered 90% pre-assembled. The remaining assembly steps are straightforward and must be completed by the customer following the installation guide provided with the product. MOKO Reformer accepts no liability for damage or injury resulting from incorrect final assembly by the customer.
If a delivery cannot be completed due to access issues at the customer's address, any re-delivery costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
7. Receipt of Delivery Upon delivery, please inspect the product carefully before signing the carrier's delivery note. If you notice any visible damage to the packaging or product:
- Note it clearly on the delivery note before signing
- Take photographs immediately
- Contact us within 48 hours at info@mokoreformer.com with your order number and photos
