2. Products & Orders

We do our best to ensure that product descriptions, photographs and specifications are accurate. Minor variations in appearance may occur.

Please check the product dimensions and specifications before ordering.

Your order is confirmed when your payment has been processed and you receive an order confirmation email.

3. Prices & Payment

Prices are displayed in euros unless otherwise stated. Applicable taxes and any additional charges will be shown before you complete your purchase.

Standard shipping is included in the product price unless stated otherwise at checkout. Customs duties and import charges are covered according to our Shipping Policy.

4. Cancelling an Order

You may request cancellation within 24 hours of placing your order by emailing info@mokoreformer.com with your order number.

After 24 hours, cancellation under this policy is no longer available. This does not affect any statutory cancellation or withdrawal rights that apply under the law.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We ship worldwide. Delivery estimates depend on the reformer model and destination.

Please check our Shipping Policy for delivery estimates, shipping arrangements and additional delivery information.

We will keep you informed about your order. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights if delivery is delayed.

6. Returns & Refunds

For eligible online purchases, consumers generally have 14 days from delivery to exercise their right of withdrawal.

Return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are the customer's responsibility where permitted by law. Our Returns & Refunds Policy explains how to request a return and receive a refund.

7. Warranty & Legal Rights

MOKO reformers include a commercial warranty, with coverage depending on the model and component.

Your statutory consumer rights, including applicable legal guarantees, remain separate from and in addition to our commercial warranty.

8. Safe Use

Please follow the instructions supplied with your reformer, including assembly, maintenance and safety guidance. Use the equipment only as intended and within its stated specifications.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability where it cannot legally be excluded.

9. Website Content

All website content, including photographs, text, logos and designs, belongs to Moko Reformer or its respective rights holders. It may not be reproduced or used without permission.

10. Privacy

We handle personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection law.

11. Questions & Disputes

If something goes wrong, please contact us first at info@mokoreformer.com so we can try to resolve it.

If a consumer dispute cannot be resolved directly, you may use the consumer mediation service identified in our Legal Notice, subject to its applicable conditions.

These terms are governed by French law, without removing any mandatory consumer protections that apply to your purchase.
