Warranty Policy

1. Our Commitment Every MOKO Reformers pilates reformer is handcrafted to order and built to last. We stand behind the quality of our products and offer one of the most comprehensive warranties in the industry.

2. Commercial Warranty Coverage Our commercial warranty covers manufacturing defects and premature failure of components under normal residential use with a maximum user weight of 150kg. It does not cover damage resulting from misuse, improper assembly, accidents, or commercial use.

All covered components will be repaired or replaced free of charge within their respective warranty periods, including parts and handling costs.

3. Legal Warranty (Garantie Légale de Conformité) In addition to our commercial warranty above, all products are covered by the mandatory French legal warranty of conformity (Articles L217-4 to L217-16 of the French Consumer Code) for 2 years from the date of delivery. Under this warranty, you may request a repair, replacement, or refund if the product does not conform to its description or is unfit for its intended purpose.

You are also covered by the legal warranty against hidden defects (Articles 1641 to 1649 of the French Civil Code).

Where our commercial warranty offers longer coverage than the legal warranty, our commercial warranty applies.

4. What Is Not Covered The warranty does not cover:

  • Damage resulting from improper final assembly by the customer (see our Shipping Policy)
  • Damage resulting from misuse, negligence, or use beyond the maximum recommended user weight of 150kg
  • Normal wear and tear beyond the covered warranty periods
  • Damage caused by use in a commercial or professional setting (studios, gyms, etc.)
  • Cosmetic damage such as scratches, dents, or discolouration that does not affect functionality
  • Damage caused by unauthorised modifications or repairs carried out by the customer or a third party

5. How to Make a Warranty Claim If you believe your product has developed a defect covered under this warranty, please contact us at contact@mokoreformers.com with:

  • Your order number
  • The date of delivery
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photographs or a short video showing the defect

We will assess your claim within 5 business days and propose the most appropriate solution depending on the nature of the problem, which may include:

  • Sending replacement parts directly to you
  • Collecting the product for repair or replacement
  • Issuing a full or partial refund in exceptional cases

All warranty remedies are provided free of charge for defects confirmed to be covered under this policy.

6. Warranty Validity Conditions To benefit from this warranty, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must have been purchased directly from the MOKO Reformers website
  • The product must have been assembled correctly following the installation guide provided
  • The product must have been used for its intended purpose and within its stated specifications, including the 150kg maximum user weight
  • The warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser

7. Geographic Scope Warranty service is available to all customers within Europe, in line with our shipping coverage.
