Yes. The pneumatic assisted mechanism absorbs over 80% of the weight as you lift, so the motion is smooth and controlled. You lift, lock, and roll it to the wall. The whole process takes under 30 seconds.

No. The reformer arrives largely pre-assembled. Setup takes around 30 minutes and requires no special tools. Full instructions are included.
