I've had mine for a few months now and honestly no complaints. I was a bit worried about the sliding part at first but once it's open you don't really think about it. Carriage is smooth and it feels pretty solid.
I took mine with the higher legs and I'm glad I got them. I think the standard height would have been a little low for me. Took me a few sessions to get everything adjusted how I like it but since then I use it all the time. The customer service was amazing.
I got this mainly because I live in an apartment and really didn't want a huge reformer sitting there all the time lol. It's still quite big and definitely not portable, but being able to make it shorter helps a lot.
